CHANGE IN RESCUE CASE REPORTING SYSTEM AT RESQ

From 2007 to mid 2015, RESQ was a Mobile Ambulance Unit with a small transit kennel which held 7-8 animals at one time. Within a year, we have grown to a 100+ patient Hospital @ Bavdhan.

Our Helpline which previously got 10-15 calls/day, now receives anywhere between 70-100 calls per day. We have realized that our rescue reporting system needs a change due to the fact that we are a Hospital now, and not just an Ambulance/ Onsite Help service.

Due to the magnitude of cases reported, please find the NEW PROTOCOL in order of preference for:

A) REPORTING RESCUE CASES

NOTE: We have stopped the INCOMING CALLS on the 9373888500 number, please report rescue cases using the above three options only, using as much description as you can while reporting.

B) UPDATES ON ADMITTED CASES @RESQ CENTRE

1) Visiting Hours at RESQ Centre
Mon-Sat 3:00-5:00 pm
Sunday 11:00 am – 1:00 pm

2) Whatsapp Messages/SMS text for Updates will be replied within 24 hours from Monday-Saturday
*No updates will be provided on Phone Calls/ Whatsapp Calls
