Vaishnavi joined RESQ full time as a rescuer. With a bachelors in zoology and a post graduate as a laboratory technician, Vaishnavi also assists in on-site treatment and first aid.

Pandhari joined RESQ full-time as a member of the cleaning staff and has since worked in various departments. Currently he manages the sanctuary dogs and helps the rehabbers in creating species specific enrichment for ex-situ enclosures.
