“Compassion for animals is intimately associated with goodness of character”

Bollywood actress Richa Chadha approached us a while ago, wanting to do her bit for these animals since she feels so strongly about the cause.

Beating the Monday blues, Richa Chadha visited us on the 29th of May, to spend the day with some ResQ animals. Being a huge animal lover herself, she was absolutely thrilled to see the centre and meet all the animals recovering here!

Richa spent the afternoon touring the ResQ Centre and understanding the work that goes on here.  She visited the various wards in the centre and interacted with the animals there, pampering them with lots of hugs and cuddles. Tara and Abby were two of her favourites, as she happily did some trust falls with Tara and carried Abby around everywhere she went! Back in the cattle area, Richa had a fun time feeding Pepsi and cuddling with Baaharwala.

Extremely down to earth, Richa was here to make a difference in the lives of ResQ animals and requested people to adopt instead of buying pets. The day came to a close on a happy note, with Richa appreciating our work and promising to be back to help!
