Please read the Terms & Conditions below and click on the I Agree button to report a hurt or injured animal.
RESQ Terms & Conditions
The following describes your (Case Reporters) relationship with RESQ while seeking medical help for an injured and sick animal on the streets.
- TREATMENT LOCATION
Animals will be either treated On-site or Admitted to the RESQ Hospital based on the type and severity of case.
- NO CLAIM
A Case Reporter agrees that the animal to be treated/admitted is NOT his own animal (pet or otherwise) and has NO RIGHTS over the animal or any decisions pertaining to it after admission into the RESQ Hospital. The individual reporting the animal will not be allowed to visit the animal when hospitalised.
- ACCURATE REPORTING
Any report made under the wrong category of animal (eg., reporting a dog but selecting ‘Horse’ or ‘Cow/Buffalo’ from the dropdown list) will be considered null and void. You will have to report the case again with accurate details.
SUBJECT TO SPACE
Please note that the webline reporting system is made available as per space constraints at the ResQ Centre. As such, if the Centre is undergoing an overload, ResQ reserves the right to close the online webline reporting system at any given time, or close admission for specific animals (such as dogs, cats, or cows) as per accommodation constraints.
- UPDATES ON ANIMAL
Due to shortage of staff, we are unable to provide any updates regarding the health, treatment, release or death of an animal while at RESQ.
- RELEASE OF AN ANIMAL FROM RESQ HOSPITAL
All animals will be released at the GPS Location taken by ambulances or provided by Case Reporter during admission, unless adopted. ALL animals will be released directly by RESQ personnel ONLY irrespective of how they arrived at the RESQ Hospital.
By clicking "I Agree" below, you have carefully read and agree to the RESQ Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
