Barney is a young, friendly St. Bernard boy who came to us with a slight limp in his leg, and an empty void in his heart. Like so many others, Barney was abandoned by his family for reasons we cannot and will never fully understand. He suffers from hip dysplasia, which is a deformity of the hip joint that occurs during an animal’s growth period, and is common in large breed dogs like St. Bernards. If you'd like to contribute towards this sweet boy's treatment at RESQ, please click the DONATE button below. To adopt Barney, please write to us at adoptions@resqct.org
