One day as our doctors worked late into the night; a very unique case was reported to RESQ. A bunch of youngsters, dressed to the nines, obviously in the midst of a partying spree or a pub crawl, brought in a young male Labrador who was quite sick. Kudos to these young Samaritans who understood the importance of bringing an ill animal to safety. We took the dog in and named him Arnie.
Arnie had a bout of tick fever that he has recovered from beautifully. He is high on energy, like most dogs of his breed. He gets along with younger female dogs but does get territorial with males. He is curious and playful and we feel like he would do exceptionally well in a single dog household where his energy can be challenged and channeled well.
You can click the Donate button if you would like to sponsor Arnie's expenses while at RESQ. If you'd like to adopt this young Lab, all you need to do is fill out our Adoption Typeform under the Adopt tab.
