Ruiz
Share and spread the word:
Ruiz, an old indie male dog, came to the RESQCT with his neck eaten up by maggots, creating a big open wound! He came in cold and shivering both from a low body temperature and because he was very scared.
When he was brought to the RESQCT centre, we immediately started his treatment. His wound was cleaned thoroughly and an antiseptic dressing was done to prevent further infection. He was started on antibiotics and health boosting supplements to stimulate faster healing and to help reduce the pain!
Currently an inpatient in the Observation Kennel at the RESQCT centre, Ruiz is fighting the pain to recover faster! We are definitely seeing an improvement in his condition, but for a complete recovery, Ruiz has a long way to go.
Rs 6000 = One month of daily dressing, antibiotics, pain killers, supplements, skin treatment and food.
