Tazz
Share and spread the word:
Tazz was found near Paud road by our centre director Fiyana. Scared and in pain, a disoriented Tazz, was sitting in the middle of the road being stoned by the locals because all they saw was a large ugly wound on his head. The wound on his head was not only large but severely infected with maggots. Once Fiyana managed to get close to Tazz, she realised that he also had an injured leg . With a wound this deep and a broken leg, it was evident that Tazz had been enduring unimaginable pain.
While our rescue staff was enroute, Fiyana sat with him until in panic he ran into the garbage depot. After trudging through knee high garbage for more than 45 minutes the team was finally able to approach Tazz and he was brought to the center for treatment.
At RESQCT, Tazz is currently under intensive treatment for his wound. He is on health boosting supplements and antibiotics to help him fight the infection that has set in.
Rs 7500 = One month of daily dressing, medicines, supplements, food and physiotherapy
