Never stop believing in hope, because miracles happen everyday!
The sad reality for street animals is that sicknesses and injuries are often not noticed until it is too late.. Moti, named so because of his sparkling personality is unfortunately fighting tooth and nail to overcome Cancer. The cancerous tumour on his thigh probably started off really small but has metastasised onto his testes.
Moti is undergoing Chemotherapy to treat the Cancer. We will be attempting to reduce the size of the tumour and then try and surgically remove as much of the cancerous growth as we can. Chemotherapy is quite draining and so he is also receiving health boosting and supporting therapy along with daily dressings to ensure the growth doesn’t get infected. To estimate on when he will recover cannot be done, as each case is unique. But together, Moti and we are not giving up!
Rs 6000= One month of chemo, daily dressing, food, health boosting and supporting therapy and painkillers.
Rs 5000= Surgery to reduce the size of the tumour.
