Momo
Share and spread the word:
Two days back, Momo, a female dog in her final stage of pregnancy was admitted to the RESQ Centre. Her mammary glands had suffered second degree burns and were severely infected. In an agonising state, she lay immobile and refused to eat or drink.
Our concerned staff could only imagine the pain she was suffering and did everything in their power to reduce her pain. She was administered with the necessary painkillers, fluid therapy and antibiotics but she still seemed very weak. After two days of daily treatment and care, Momo, to our relief started walking around the centre! She is staying strong and fighting the pain for the sake of her puppies, and we anticipate her to deliver in the following days, however, due to her unstable condition, we are unsure if her puppies will make it or not!
Momo needs all the love and care she can receive. We are providing her with all the necessary medications but we can only pray for the good health of her and her puppies.
