Mishka
Share and spread the word:
Mishka is a sweet, gentle Labrador girl who had been used for backyard breeding. When she contracted a TVT (canine transmissible venereal tumor) as a result of this abuse of her body, she was discarded like a bag in the wind, never to be thought of again. After learning that Mishka had a medical condition (TVT), her owner waited for her to birth her latest litter of puppies, and then threw her out onto the streets. Mishka is about 6-7 years old, making her a senior dog that had spent her entire life with an owner she called FAMILY, regardless of the fact that he only viewed her as a baby-making machine to be profited off.
Not only does Mishka have a venereal tumor, but she is also horribly undernourished and weak, and has cataract in her eye. Our veterinarians are currently doing everything they possibly can to help this girl who smiles in spite of her pain, but Mishka’s future is uncertain due to her advanced age and the severity of her condition. While we are working hard to change this, we could really use your help to make this a reality! Please consider donating towards Mishka’s treatment, as every little bit helps!
