‘The irony of misconception is that if it’s repeated enough number of times, it becomes as powerful as the truth.’
Meet Lola the gorgeous Pitbull Terrier! She came to RESQ with chain wounds on her neck and a terrible skin infection. She was still lactating when she came to the center which led us to believe that she recently had puppies and was abandoned soon after..
Unfortunately for the breed, a popular misconception is that they are vicious fighters and can be dangerous. This could not be further from the truth. Lola has a great temperament and is extremely friendly. She is urgently looking for a loving home. It might be difficult to find a home for her because of how the breed is perceived.
Estimated time of recovery= 2 months
Rs. 1,400 = Weekly cost for food and skin care
Rs. 6,000 = Monthly cost for food and skin care
