Leona
Share and spread the word:
Leona was rushed to resqct with a severely bleeding and painful old wound on her front paw.On conducting an X-ray we found out that she has sustained multiple fractures. After the necessary blood tests were done we realised she was dangerously anaemic with a very low haemoglobin count.
She was admitted to the RESQCT and we started her treatment immediately. She was given antibiotics and painkillers to help with the pain she is going through.
Leona’s leg needs surgery as it is infected deeply, however, she must be nursed back to health to be able to withstand the surgery. We are providing her with supplements and her wounds have been cleaned and dressed.
Despite the fact that Leona is in unimaginable pain, she is very calm and friendly with humans.
Rs 9000 = One month of food, antibiotics, supplements, and painkillers.
