Mercedes-Benz International School Supports ResQ
December 12th, 2011Mercedes-Benz International School invited ResQ Charitable Trust to give their upper school students a better insight into why there are so many stray dogs on our streets and what we can do to help the situation improve.
Some students have been coming to volunteer with us regularly and we hope to find more young animal enthusiasts through creating awareness at schools.
MBIS has also decided to organise a fund raiser withing the whole school, for ResQ Charitable Trust.
A great big thank you to all at Mercedes-Benz International School for supporting us and making a difference to the lives of many an animal in need.
Diwali Sales
November 3rd, 2011ResQ was very greatful to be invited to Barclays bank and Citibank to set up stalls to collect funds for the animals and also to raise awareness.
Great big thank you to our employees and volunteers – Fatima, Aletha, Sabrina, Bhavna, Anitha and Shelly for making things for us to sell to raise funds for the 4 legged pooches!! Thanks to Ingrid, Neha Tandon and Nona for helping out!!!
Adoption Camp – Aug 2011
November 3rd, 2011Adoption Camp held together with the support of Blue Cross Pune.
This was an adoption camp held for the adult dogs from the Staveley Road Re homing Project where we had 18 dogs successfully adopted to farmhouses in and around Pune.

Effervescent Bubble for Adoption!
September 10th, 2011This is one of the cutest and naughtiest kittens I’ve encountered. He doesn’t sit still for too long and just loves to keep amusing himself and the people around!
He recently had an accident on law college road, in Pune, which rendered one of his hind legs to be dragged. The current care taker rescued him and called us for help, we immediately directed her to our doctor at Kothrud, Dr. Vinay Gorhe, who promptly started the treatment! With the help of the medication prescribed by the doctor and the dedication of the caller, the kitten is now so fine, it almost feels like nothing ever happened to him! The picture here hardly captures the innocence and madness of the kitten and has been taken on, one of those rare occasions when he managed to stay still for a little while.

August 30th, 2011This is 6 month old dog named ROCKY, neutered and vaccinated. The residents of the area in which Rocky stays, complain about him and the caretakers fear he may be poisoned. He is very good looking and generally well – behaved, only that he is a bit naughty (as any 6 month old would be). The present caretakers plan to drop him off somewhere as they dont know what else to do, unless he gets adopted.
Rocky will make a great house pet.. he has a cute curly tail and he is very loving, always eager for a pat on his head always eager to play.
